As the Events Specialist, you would play a fundamental role in the development and delivery of events across the year.
Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you will drive success through events and in-store brand experiences, making each event consistent with our overall marketing and brand strategy, driving a commercial outcome, be it foot traffic, engagement or sales while delivering a customer experience like no other.
What does the role involve?
- Development and creative execution of large-scale event campaigns, as well as consumer experiences in-store and occasionally offsite.
- Contribute to event plans and lead the production and logistical implementation of approved experiences
- Build relationships with external stakeholders and partner cross functionally with store teams including store managers and visual merchandising to ensure smooth implementation and successful outcomes of all events
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all events and partnerships in terms of sales return, traffic and visitation, social impressions, consumer engagement, premium brand positioning, and customer response
Who are we looking for?
- An ambitious and self-motivated individual who can help us produce world-class, seamless experiences for our customers.
- Demonstrated experience in the production and logistical implementation of events and promotions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, agency experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and budgeting skills
