We are excited to announce a newly created role that will plays a critical part in our Learning strategy. As Learning Experience Designer (Compliance), you will lead the design and delivery of contemporary, fit-for-purpose compliance and risk learning experiences that protect our business, our people, and our customers.
This is your opportunity to modernise outdated compliance practices, bring learning ownership in-house, and create engaging, role-relevant experiences for our diverse workforce of over 14,000 people. Working closely with subject matter experts across Legal, Technology, People & Culture, Sustainability, Cyber, Risk, Safety and Operations, you’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, human-centred learning that drives behaviour change—not just completion.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop enterprise-wide compliance learning across key risk domains such as Modern Slavery, Cyber Security, Privacy & Data Protection, Data & AI Responsible Use, Psychosocial Safety, and more.
- Create modular learning artefacts for pre-start, onboarding, and ongoing reinforcement, including digital modules, micro-learning, and scenario-based content.
- Embed learning into platforms and workflows to support learning in the flow of work.
- Define and track learning effectiveness beyond completion, ensuring defensible evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Learning Design, Education, HR, Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong experience in learning experience design, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong ability to translate policy and legislation into engaging learning.
- Experience designing for large, diverse operational workforces.
