David Jones is the home of Luxury Beauty, with an offering of the best international Luxury Beauty brands. We are looking for world-class Counter Managers, Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists and Beauty Consultants, who are passionate about bringing these brands to life for our customers.

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Share your passion for beauty with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised treatments and service to achieve commercial objectives.
• Work closely with your team to empower our customers to look and feel their best.
• Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

• A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry.   
• Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
• The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
• Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.

Our RECRUITMENT PROCESS
