This is an exciting time to join our Newmarket team as a Counter Manager, Beauty Therapist, Sales Professional or Visual Merchandise Assistant.
You will utilise your expert knowledge and customer service skills to create warm connections on the shopfloor, uniting and inspiring your team to create memorable moments for our customers.

Responsibilities include
- Share your passion with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to achieve commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to empower our clients to look and feel their best.
- Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.
- Empower your team to thrive, cultivating a service experience Like No other.

- Have experience managing a retail team.
- Have completed or are working towards a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.
- Have experience working within a customer-centric environment.

- Are flexible to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
