About the Role:

Are you an experienced technology leader passionate about agile methodologies and team leadership? We’re looking for a Delivery Lead – Merchandise & Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end delivery of our platform’s enhancements, initiatives, and projects. You will guide cross-functional teams using the scrum agile framework and excel in the roles of Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Release Manager. If you’re adept at navigating complex projects and enjoy a collaborative environment, this role is your next big opportunity!

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Direct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and guide scrum teams, set clear objectives, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Business Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these into technical specifications and facilitate detailed workshops.
  • Oversee release schedules, coordinate across development, testing, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies. Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the product backlog, facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders, and integrate feedback effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

What You’ll Need to Thrive:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology with proven expertise as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Delivery Lead. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing full project lifecycles.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge in business analysis, system design, release management, and broad delivery management experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications or qualifications as a Scrum Master.
