Data Change & Capability Lead

In this Limited Tenure role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by leveraging data insights to drive transformative change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As the Data Change & Capability Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement data-driven strategies, and cultivate a data-driven mindset within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying and analysing data sources to uncover valuable insights and trends.
2. Developing and implementing data-driven initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven change management strategies.
4. Building and nurturing a data-driven culture by fostering data literacy and advocating for data-driven decision-making.
5. Designing and delivering training programs to upskill employees and enhance their data capabilities.

To thrive in this role, you will possess a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills and will have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive meaningful change and a deep understanding of change management principles. Your ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively across all levels of the organisation will be crucial to your success.
