David Jones is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas Casual team. We are hiring Sales Professionals, across departments including Toys, Fashion, Beauty and Homewares, as well as Logistics Assistants to support our back-of-house operations working across in-store fulfilment and the loading dock.

Our seasonal period commences September 2024 and finishes at the start of February 2025. 

Our Sales Professionals are

  • Customer-obsessed and go out of their way to keep the customer front of mind in all decisions 
  • Passionate about retail and love connecting with others
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated to providing an in-store experience Like No Other 

Our Logistics Assistants 

  • Complete tasks such as receiving stock, marking off items received, unboxing items, hanging items, ticketing, security tagging, picking orders for customers and wrapping/packaging orders ensuring timelines are met
  • Liaise effectively and build stakeholder relationships with colleagues and external vendors
  • Are team players that are inspired to achieve individual and team success

You must be available to work 3 or more days per week, and we require adequate availability during the period leading up to Christmas.
