This role presents a unique opportunity in the management of our suite of HR systems, where you will provide system support and reporting needs to the business. As the HR Systems Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert on all regional HR Systems, playing a pivotal role in providing end user support along with driving and influencing a change in HR technology and culture within the business. You will be required to perform organisational management processes and support complex business changes impacting people in the HR systems. In this role you will:

  • Work with a newly established centralised HR administration team to transition front-line support in the daily operation and maintenance of all HR systems
  • Analyse and resolve system issues at a technical and business level
  • Ensure reports are delivered on time and also develop/design new reports to meet team needs
  • Serve as key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (i.e. payroll, HR partners, stores scheduling)
  • Act as the HR Systems expert on HR and business wide project teams, as well as driving HR Systems projects
  • Assist with developing user procedures, manuals, and troubleshooting guides and train teams on new processes/functionality
  • Ensure new HR systems and enhancements to existing HR systems are implemented efficiently, cost effectively and with minimal impact to users

  • SQL experience preferred (not essential)

  • A passion for proving excellent customer service
  • Understand complex data and present to others in simple terms
