•  Gift wrap for customers so they can share the David Jones experience with their friends and family.
•  Evaluate situations and act accordingly, knowing when to escalate to a member of the management team.
•  Be an ambassador for service and the business
•  Link your knowledge of stores services to your understanding of each and every customer to offer a personalised approach
•  Be self-motivated in a fast paced, high volume transactional environment.
